Women in Finance CharterWe are proud to be partners of the Women in Finance Charter; a group of over 400 financial employers who have also signed a pledge for gender balance across financial services in the UK. We have worked hard to use our internal learning and development, recruitment and reward programmes to support and promote diversity across our business. As of 26th September 2023, 40% of our Executive Board are women. Across the rest of our senior leadership team, it is 43% female, which is a significant increase from 2018 when we first joined the Charter with 39%. Across our business we are 46% female, 54% male. Our goal for the coming year is to at least maintain these results and of course keep improving these where the opportunity arises.
Chief Customer Officer, Paula Bertram-Lax oversees our diversity initiatives and engages with the Executive Board on this topic so that goals are aligned and the diversity agenda has full visibility.
