Our story
LifeSearch founder Tom Baigrie leaves his native South Africa. He lands in the UK and gets a job in insurance.
Life-insurance advocate Tom sells a policy to a friend during a rain-break at a cricket match.
Unfortunately, Tom’s cricket friend had to claim. The policy made a colossal difference for a grieving family.
Tom and business partner Arthur Davies launch LifeSearch, a protection adviser that, for once, would do right by the customer.
A breakout year. LifeSearch protect family number #100,000 and pick up five top industry awards.
LifeSearch launch our own awards to recognise firms who truly serve customers and support families.
LifeSearcher number #400 joins the fold as we sign three game-changing partnerships, and bag our 60th industry award.
Our 21st birthday years is marked with a Top #3 spot in the Sunday Times’ list of ‘Best Place to Work’*. A new online journey launches as we get closer to award win number #100.
The world rocked by Covid, LifeSearch transitions to an at-home workforce with several new services launched to help customers amid the pandemic.
