LifeSearch announces new CEO

LifeSearch, the UK’s leading life insurance intermediary, is delighted to announce that Debbie Kennedy will join the business as Chief Executive, with Tom Baigrie becoming LifeSearch’s Chair. This leadership transition reflects the company’s continued growth and long-term commitment to strengthening its position at the forefront of the protection market.

Debbie brings over two decades of experience in the protection market, most recently as Protection Director at LV=, and prior to that in senior roles at Royal London, Capita, MLC Life Insurance and Axa. Her extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience will support LifeSearch’s ambition to expand access to protection and deliver even greater value to customers and partners.

Tom started LifeSearch in 1998 and leads a 500-strong team that works with some of the UK’s biggest financial services brands, including MoneySupermarket and Compare The Market. To date, LifeSearch has protected over 1 million lives in the UK, and customers rate the service 4.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot, reflecting the company’s long-standing focus on customer care, expertise and trusted advice.
