LIFESEARCH ANNOUNCES 2023 PROTECTION AWARDS SHORTLIST AS IT MARKS 25 YEARS IN BUSINESS
At it kicks off its celebrations to mark a quarter of a century in business, LifeSearch, the UK’s leading independent protection specialist, is pleased to announce the shortlist for its 2023 Protection awards, including two new ‘Hall of Fame’ categories.
The LifeSearch annual Protection Awards, sponsored by Iress, celebrate those individuals and firms who have worked with the protection broker during the last 12 months as well as wider recognition for industry leaders plus journalists, new entrants, and influencers.
In its 19th year, all sponsorship proceeds will go towards LifeSearch Lives, an initiative set up in 2020 to offer support to known families who have come under financial hardship or needing financial support to support unexpected life changes. Debbie Kennedy, Chief Executive at LifeSearch said: “For almost 20 years, LifeSearch has recognised and celebrated those in the industry that have contributed, shown excellence, and stood as ambassadors for the industry. Now as we celebrate 25 years’ protecting people, families and businesses, it is also important that we reflect back to give thanks to those that have been part of our journey, but also to look forward to the future to inspire the next chapter of innovation and growth and in our market.
“These awards are voted for by our people and new this year are two Hall of Fame accolades that acknowledge both an outstanding insurer and a journalist that have made a significant and positive contribution to the protection industry in the last 25 years. We’re also delighted to be able to give back, by donating all sponsorship proceeds to our LifeSearch Lives initiative that helps people in hardship.”
LifeSearch will announce and celebrate award winners at a special “25 years in protection” event on Thursday 23rd March 2023 in London, to give thanks to those who have been part of our journey and to recognise key industry figures for their excellence and contribution to the industry.
