GP appointments, counselling, employment advice, legal consultations, and more
Insurance can offer more than financial protection - and many people are surprised to discover the extra support available through their policy.
With increasing pressure on health and social care services, alongside ongoing financial uncertainty for many families, additional benefits can provide meaningful everyday support. Services vary by insurer but may include virtual or telephone GP appointments, counselling, prescription delivery, and advice on areas such as employment, housing and legal matters.
Below, we've highlighted some of the additional services offered by UK insurers.
Please note: services depend on your insurer, policy type and eligibility. The below are summaries of benefits, last updated on 09/07/2025 - T&Cs may apply. For more details, contact us on 0800 316 7253 or consult with your insurer directly.
