Tom Baigrie founded LifeSearch nearly 30 years ago after experiencing first-hand the impact that the death of a close family friend had on the people left behind. Seeing how the right financial support could make such a difference convinced him that more families should have access to clear, personal advice when making important decisions about their future. What began as a mission to help people better protect the people they love has grown into one of the UK's most trusted protection specialist businesses.
Tom has spent decades helping people and businesses understand the risks they face, their options and championing advice that is wrapped around the individual, rather than generic products.
His contribution to the industry was recognised with the Protection Review ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ reflecting a career dedicated to improving customer outcomes and helping more people access good advice.
