We're the biggest and the best life insurance adviser in the UK (although we prefer 'life protection'). There's 450+ LifeSearchers across three UK offices (and a few scattered even further) and our workplace culture is pivotal.

We lead, train and believe in our people. We hire personality and passion - we don't just fill jobs or suits. We do careers here; we have team spirit. We don't do it to win awards, we just do what we do and, well, it works.
Nowadays we don't have 'HR', we have a People and Culture team. Because what is a business if not its people? We don't bother with executive vice presidents of this that and the other, we're pretty uncomplicated. Everyone is hands-on and everyone is heard.

Looking after our LifeSearchers' lives
Yes, we offer our people the obvious things like fun lunches, team days out, and cashback for lots of major retailers and high street stores. But more than that, we look after LifeSearchers inside and outside of work. It's all in our value of Care which is so vital in everything we do.
We listen to our people, we give them what they need so work works for them, their families and their circumstances. When people swim the Channel or run marathons in the name of charity, we're there to support, cheer (and to wince if there's a bungee involved).
We help LifeSearchers realise personal as well as professional goals. We believe in life – and lives don't end at 5.30pm.
