Tom Baigrie, CEO, LifeSearch
Tom started LifeSearch back in 1998. He had long seen banks ripping off customers with protection policies he knew could arrange for far lower premiums by shopping around and giving customers proper protection advice.

Nina is the Chief Executive of Cebr, a leading economics consultancy based in London and chief collaborators on the new LifeSearch Health, Wealth & Happiness Index.
Nine leads Cebr’s UK forecasting, authors client research, and is a sought-after keynote speaker. She regularly engages broadcast media — including the BBC, Bloomberg TV, Reuters, and Sky News — and her commentary is always welcomed at publications such as The Times, Financial Times, The Guardian, Bloomberg, City A.M. and Daily Mail.
Baz Moffat, Co-founder, The Well
Former GB rower Baz scooped several medals representing her country throughout the 2000s. After hanging up her oars, Baz found time to start a family and a hugely successful international coaching business primarily centred on pelvic health.
Her new business, The Well, began in January 2021 but already she and her co-founders, Dr Bella Smith, The Digital GP, and Dr Emma Ross, former lead physiologist at the English Institute of Sport, are consulting with brands, broadcasters and institutions up and down the country as they aim to raise the bar in women’s health.
Davinia Tomlinson, Founder, rainchq
Multi-award winning Davinia is armed with a First-Class honour’s degree and an Executive MBA. She left behind a 15-year career in investment management and corporate finance to found rainchq, an organisation helping women to manage money, get ahead, and take control of their financial futures.
Mum to two young daughters, Davinia is as passionate about helping women get ahead as she is about the arts. She’s a Trustee at the Talawa Theatre Company, an organisation established more than 30 years ago to improve black representation in theatre.
Luke Ambler, Founder, Andy’s Man Club
Former rugby pro, Ted Talker, speaker and global happiness campaigner Luke Ambler cut his sports career short to concentrate on his own mental health and wellbeing. Luke founded his organisation, Andy’s Man Club, after his brother-in-law, tragically, took his own life.
Luke is dedicated to ripping apart the stigmas in mental health, particularly for men, and describes Andy’s Man Club as a place for men to come together in a safe environment to talk about issues and problems. A sought-after speaker, Luke has helped thousands worldwide to dig deep, take control, and tap greater resilience.
Ally Millar, CEO, Fall of Man
Health, Wealth and Happiness Report author Ally Millar is a former journalist who has worked with Guardian, Channel 4, The Economist, Independent and a number of titles back home in his native Scotland.
A published author and former Chief Creative Officer at the government-backed Ideas Britain initiative, Ally is the Founder of Fall of Man - a marketing agency that helps brands understand who they are and how to tell stories that matter.
