LifeSearch caps strong 2018 results by coming 3rd in The Sunday Times' Best Companies to Work For 2019 list.
Key investments in tech and people drive 10% profit growth and top employer award.
LifeSearch recorded another year of growth and profits after substantially increasing the number of individuals, families and business it protected.
The results to 31st August 2018 reflect continued investment in technology, digital presence, and, most importantly, people. Turnover, gross profit and EBITDA grew by 5.7%, 10% and 7% respectively.
Underlining its commitment to employees, LifeSearch was last week declared to be the 3rd best company in Britain in the prestigious Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list.
The accolade is validation of a company culture and values system that inspires a colleague retention rate of 89%, and in turn customer satisfaction registering 85% on Net Promoter and 9.6/10 on Trustpilot.

• 10% increase in gross profit to £8,488,730

We have achieved continued growth while investing heavily and being recognised as a truly outstanding place to work. We are already seeing the results of our spending on technology, enhancing our digital capabilities, and strengthening our senior leadership team, but it is our continued investment in our people that is reinforcing our solid foundations and enabling us to continue our positive trajectory ensuring we can keep protecting more and more families and businesses.
“We take great pride in our strongest asset as a business: our values and culture as reflected in what our now 500 strong team do for our customers. We are the protection partner of choice for the country's leading brands in our space and the trusted adviser for the more than 2400 people, families and business we protect each week.”
