Women in Finance
We are proud to join a group of over 270 financial services employers who have also signed the Women in Finance Charter, a pledge for gender balance across financial services in the UK.
We have worked hard to use our internal learning and development programmes to support and promote diversity across our business. In our senior management team we have 9 women in key roles (39%). Our goal is to maintain this during the coming 12 months before we review our growth plans once again.
Newly appointed Chief Operating Officer, Tamsin Parker, is responsible and accountable for gender inclusion as part of our commitment to the Charter, and she ensures that other goals set as part of our wider diversity activity are regularly reviewed and achieved.
